The heat from hellos food in fact warped the top of the desk. It's no longer like we had been serving hellom HOT meals just heat meals. The top became soo warped toys and crayons would roll off and lets not even set a juice cup on it without it falling over. We upgraded to the following size desk and we're way more cautious what forms of food we serve on it. I am on a regular basis at all times satisfied with the standard of Little Tikes however a desk which is regularly the location you eat will have to be more durable to carry up to a heat plate being positioned on it. I had in the past let hellom "try" it out at toys'r'us and revealed that it is the good measurement for him. He is very tiny for hellos age and so we needed an extraordinarily small desk for him. This is simply excellent! It is excellent because we wouldn't have to fret about hellom falling off. He take a seats so properly at hellos table and may play with toys, consume, and colour at it! The desk is recommended for a long time 1 1/2-5 12 monthss. It has a very sturdy design that locks into location and folds up flat for storage. We use our desk in the residing room for play activities and within the kitchen/dining space for ingredients. My son devours higher in this than the helloghchair.;) We have not yet used the umbrella, however we plan to take the desk outside on our terrace on good days and use the umbrella with it. This shall be a great approach to preserve my little boy out of the sun! This is a good little table that I know we will have the flexibility to get many 12 monthss out of. There can be a bigger desk with umbrella to be had at walmart that seats six children from a while 2-8 years.
